I. Overview
The servo electric dynamometer testing system uses servo drivers to accurately control the torque and speed of servo motors. Due to the intelligent technology of direct torque control (DTC), servo drives can achieve dynamic control of constant torque of servo motors at high speed. First, connect the servo drive power supply and set the torque value on the control panel (computer). The servo drive and servo motor start working in a load consumption state. When the power supply of the test motor is turned on, the servo motor is loaded to the set torque at zero speed. During the process of the motor quickly moving from no-load to the set torque, the torque speed sensor is driven to rotate. The control system starts the torque value as needed and displays it in real time during operation. A set of data is collected at each time period to analyze the characteristics and efficiency process of the motor.
